Our story begins At the start of our lives All our hope, dreams and wishes Whilst watching mother clean the dishes Learning right from wrong And singing awful songs We laugh ; we play And wait for another day
When we were 18 Life was never as it seemed And our freedom Had just begun Out every night Never loosing sight Of the one you've been looking for
Time goes on And your real life's begun You find him You love him You hate him You marry him You start a family with him The two of you- never apart And now we must depart
Our stories at its end And life is wearing thin For our two lovers the light is very dim It's unlikely they'll make it another day So we must pray That they'll see each other again In a life without pain But the cycle never ends They'll be back- and find each other again
