** This actually happened to me a month ago! **
Start of holidays sitting on a plane, happy as can be on my way to Spain. I recline my seat but it doesn't move. Fat guy behind me doesn't approve. He blocks the seat with his knees. No courtesy or even a 'please'. He tells me "you shouldn't move back because I'm fat." "There isn't enough room where I'm sat." "What about me?" I said. "don't I have rights?" "I paid a lot of money for this damn flight!" "I don't really care. Can't you see I'm fat?" "Do as I ask and don't be a brat" The fat prick was so rude. I was happy and he'd ruined my mood. Keep calm I thought. Just avoid a fight. No one wants to see that on a packed out flight. "It's not my problem that you're fat. Why are you being rude and calling me a brat?" "You munched your way through chips and meats. Now you're too fat and need two seats." "If you cant ask politely go sit elsewhere. Don't be rude to me then expect me to care." "You're being rude and extremely unfair." Fatty turned red and gave an evil glare. Other passengers started to stare. cabin crew came and took fatty away. Probably to a new seat or maybe to weigh! Im not proud nor claiming glory, but I'll tell you the moral of the story. If you want to get fat that's your right. But don't get on a plane and start a fight. Swap cakes for healthy treats, and go for long runs around the streets. But if you wanna stick to cakes and meats, then cough up the money for 2 plane seats!!
