I have written a limerick to say thank you to all who entered:
Thank you everyone who gave it a try, They were all brilliant, I'm not gonna lie, Anyone's could have won, Hope you had fun, On intelligence, you'd all score so high!
I mentioned everyone who entered (I'm sooo sorry if I missed anyone, please tell me if I did!) in this because I simply loved all the entries! Here goes...
In third place: @LeahLovesEC with a chapter of her story 'Forever Young', I loved how she used the word 'light' in this fantastic chapter! @frankie13 with 'Summer Light', this was a fantastic poem with great rhymes and was original! @tattyteddy with 'Power Cut', this was brilliant and a different entry, describing the different things that you can do during a power cut! @Tizzy with 'Light~', this was great! I liked the way that the first letter of each line spelt the word 'light' all together! @meggie2012 with 'Transform me' this was beautiful! I liked the lovely description and this was also an original entry! @rubysofa with 'Light', this short but powerful entry was very well written! Fantastic! (Wow, that took a long time!)
In second place... @LottiePenguin with 'Stepping Into The Light', this was brilliant, and I really enjoyed reading it! @Diddle with 'Light', this had great rhymes and I also really enjoyed reading this poem!
And in first place... @GreenRose with 'Light'! This was amazing! I really enjoyed reading this poem, it kept me reading the whole way through and I loved the ending! Well done!
Again well done to everyone who entered, great job! Now over to @GreenRose!
