"Oh no! You can't suspend us!!!" I scream. "Oh yes I can!" the principal snaps back. "Fine! Suspend me, but don't suspend Dan! He was just defending me!" I yell. "or something like that." I mutter. Jason and Dan were silent. We all just stood there- er, I was half sitting up and Jason was on the ground...
It was awkward. See? I knew these would be some of the worst days I've had, except it happened differently to what I expected.
Mr.parkins ran up to us. "What's going on here?!" he questioned. "These boys!! Have-," Mr.Parkins cut him off, "Oh calm down Greg!" he sighed.
"You boys, come with me" he ordered. "Uh, sir?" I ask. "Yes? Oh right." mr Parkins walked over and stretched out his arm to help me up. "Thanks." I wheeze. As I stood up, I saw blood fall to the ground. "Hmn?" I think. I wipe my hand across my face. "Yuck." my hand is smeared with blood. Mr.parkins noticed too. "We can chat at the nurses office then." he sighs, not seeming so kind and happy now. He 'herded' us like sheep, into the nurses office. "Miss.Kelsey?"he called. "Coming!" she replied. "Oh! Dan, Kyle and..?" she acknowledged. "Jason." he grumbled. "Oh ok then. Why are you all here? Oh Kyle.. Your nose again!" she shook her head. "Boys." she giggled.
"It's a long story!" Mr.Parkins said. "I have a long time" as though to hint she was very interested. She ushered us to the chairs. "Sit, sit, sit." she smiled. "Sir, would you like tea?" she asked politely. "It's Mr.Parkins to you. Yes, white with no sugar." he grumbled. "Ohkay.." she walked out of the room. "Tap tap tap" went her high high heels.
She made the tea and came back. We started explaining the story. About how earlier, Dan, Jason and I had a fight in the hall. How I pushed a girl over. How I've had two blood noses.How Jason made me angry. How I lost Control. How it's all my fault. how I should control that 'little' temper of mine. How everything is falling apart and it feels like no ones there. except they didn't know that.
I felt so alone. But oh well. If they truly cared, they would notice. I just nodded in agreement to everything. "Kyle?" I noded. "Kyle!" I noded using my force in my nod. "Kyle?!". "what?!" I snap. "I was noding. Geez." I say grumpily. "We were talking about you suspension. " they said. "Yeah, so? I get suspended for fighting and losing my temper. Blah blah blah. Whatever." I spit. "You're suspended for the rest of the week." "Good. I don't care. I'm leaving this dump of a school. I hate it here anyway!" I yell. "You must leave now." Says Mr.parkins. "Bye Kyle." The nurse said regretfully. I stormed out of the office. Jason and Dan followed.
I reached my locker. I crammed all my belongings into my Bag. I took the pictures down carefully. All three of us stood at the gates of our school. I said my last goodbye. Theirs were temporary. I turned my back on the school once and for all.
