I walk into the nurses office. "I'm ready to leave. Dan has just left. See ya" I tell her. "Okay, bye Kyle." she says sweetly.
I walk outside and catch up to Dan. "Nobody finds out about this." is how he acknowledged me. "Yeah whatever." I sigh.
"Uh oh.." I saw Mr.Parkins approaching. "Boys, I've heard some bad news. I heard you boys had a fight. Since this is a warning you won't get punished. But if I hear you've been involved in a physical altercation again, you'll be suspended. " he said sternly, but kindly.
"Okay.." we agree. "That's my lads." he pats me on the head."Bye boys" he says as he walks off.
"There he is..." I swallow. "Oh Gawsh. No not now!" Dan gulped. This was the first time I had seen Dan scared. But there was no time to focus on that.
I glared at him. "Jason." I spit. His name was like sour candy in my mouth. "Hello precious baby! How's mummies whittle boyy?" he howled hysterically. He looked to Dan for a signal to keep going. Dan stayed as solid as cement, giving him a blank look. Jason ignored that and kept taunting me.
I clenched my fists. "Shut up." I whispered through gritted teeth. "Aww what's the matter Kyle, do you want your 'momma'" he laughed. "Oh wait, she's in hospital. Oopsies." he cackled sarcastically.
I raised my voice, "Seriously. Leave me ALONE." "Calm down" Dan tries to say soothingly. I know he's trying to help, but it's not working. I look at him, he backs up.
I focus my attention back on Jason. He kept throwing insults and irritating me to the point where I just lost it.
"AAAARGHHHH" I screamed as I charged at him. He stood there, stunned. I whacked him in the stomach. "You're.... Gonna...... Get.... Suspended...." he wheezes, recovering from being winded. "I actually don't freaking care! Just shut up about my mum!! You little rat!!!" i scream.
"Ugh!!" Jason kicked me in the face. I fell backwards, getting winded. Karma you say? Heh. "Kyle? Kyle! Are you alright?" Dan kneels beside me. "Wha-" is all I can manage.
"Jason! You idiot!! Stop it right there!!" shouted Dan. My eyes weren't focusing 100%. But from what I could see, Dan had run over to Jason who had just managed to stand up. Dan pushed him over again. *thud* he fell to the ground.
I saw Shay, just standing there. Shay, the 'head of the populars'. "Well font just stand there! DO something!!" I panicked. She quickly flounced off to do something. Damn. I should have been more specific. I don't know if she will understand what I meant.
I was struggling to sit up. There was a shouting match between Dan and Jason, I think Dan was winning. Our principal walks up to us and pulls Dan off Jason. "Boys! That's it!! You're all suspended !!!" he growls unkindly. * * *
