29 April 2012

I slept on the couch, while Jonny was in my room.

I didn't know the time, but I could imagine it was early. Just then, something thumped my in the stomach.

I opened my eyes in shock, and in pain, to see Jonny standing above me.

"C'mon!", He said shaking me by the shoulders, "We've got to get a move on with Kay's room!"

Seriously, I didn't know how much, but I could tell that he'd been drinking allot of coffee lately. But we where ahed of schedule anyway, so I didn't know what he was thinking.

We had finished with the paint, and with the wallpaper, and with the carpet. All we had to do was put the door knobs on, and put the new drapes up, and add a few extra things...

While we where working, I told him about the other night.

"Really?!", He asked, shocked, "Wow bro! Lucky boy!"

It was Friday, and we had all decided to take the day off to practice. We headed down to the Plaza, and guess who we saw there?! ROBBIE!

"Hide me!" Cried Kay.

But it was to late; he'd already seen us.

"Well look who it's not...", He sighed, "How's it going Kay?"

He put his hand around her waist, playing up.

"Back off, jerk!" Cried Kay, pushing him away.

He unexpectedly fell to the ground with a THUD! He got to his feet, and raise his hand to slap Kay.

"You touch her!", I yelled, shoving him aside, "Hit me! C'mon big man!"

I realised that this was a mistake, and made a run for it. He chased me for what seemed like hours. Jonny and Kay ran after us, trying to stop him, or at least slow him down. I clambered up onto a window ledge and onto a roof. Of course, Robbie followed.

"Dead-end now, Little Red."

He shoved me. HARD. I fell through the air, and everything slowed down.

But I managed to catch hold of drain-pipe. Robbie didn't see this, and walked away, carelessly.

When I knew he had gone, and the coast was clear, I called to Kay and Jonny.

"Hey guys! Down here!"

The police arrived about a quarter of an hour later, but it felt like a lifetime. It took longer to get me down. The cops (and Kay and Jonny) had to go and see the person who's window ledge I was hanging onto, to try and pull me in.

When I (eventually) got back down to earth, I, quite literally, fell to the ground. Never had cement tasted so good!
