10:43 am "You have to run Finn, come on! Run with me" she squealed. "I'm not gonna run in the middle of the monsoon rain" I replied quietly. I don't know how we ended up here to be honest. She was running fast, laughing. The rain was pouring down, all the local people closed down their shops and locked their doors. But she just grabbed my hand and dragged me with her. The small street was flooded and the air felt thick. The area was completely deserted. I could still see her, a tiny speck far far away. "Finn, come on! Why do you always do this? Live a little darling" she shouted from afar.
I started running, running like I was being chased. I was running from my past, straight into my future. The pavement scraped my bare feet but I couldn't feel the pain. The rain whipped my face and suddenly she was there. Right in front of me. Her feet were colored from blood and rain. Her toes pale from the lack of sunlight, always covered in sand. Her scrawny legs covered with scars and bruises from recent and past adventures. Her hair. Soaked, clinging all the way down to her hips, and the tshirt I gave her earlier was completely see through. Allowing me to see her fiery red bikini, the fabric clinging on tho her every curve. She looked at me, out of breath, her full lips slightly parted. I had to look twice to convince myself she was really there because of the heavy rain, and because she was too beautiful.
Just like that, with the rain pouring down, slowly drowning us both I realized she was all I've ever dreamed of. She was a masterpiece And I was a crappy piece of metal. She was a storm and I was drizzle. But that's how love hits you isn't it? Slowly and then all at once. Like a beacon you've watched from a distance. Suddenly it's light hits you right in the eye. Blinds you completely and leaves you startled, not remembering which way you came from.
"I feel so free" I whispered looking straight into her eyes. "You're such an idiot" she laughed.
