The Heart You Made Bloom

So close came I to embracing my bane. So close came I to extinguishing flame.

Gathered my poisons to me, near at hand. Needed only be heeded; that unholy command.

Then a light! And a voice! Eclipsing all fair, her face!

Such a beauty appeared that stayed my madness. Such a love for it that it staved my sadness.

For only a moment but curious timing is this. This time was prepared to fulfill my death wish.

For that moment, was I saved with a voice and a grace and a moment of bliss.

Woman of beauty so fair, pale, and smooth; unaware of the life that you saved...

...and the heart you made bloom.

Bless you Jennifer. For ever I love you.
