An incident occurred in Orlando some time ago on the fairly new Simpsons ride at Universal Studios. Some unknown mechanism malfunctioned, resulting in the carriage and it's inhabitants being sprayed with vegetable oil. Rest assured, they were given a clean set of clothes and allowed to shower on the premises.
