At about 02:30 we were home. I just couldn't get my head round all the things I'd done.
When Joe was asleep, my phone rang. I picked it up quickly knowing Joe was a light sleeper.
He could wake easily.
I went downstairs alone and answered the call.
"Hey Hannah. It's me. I can't get to sleep and I thought you wouldn't either."
"Hey. Yeah. I couldn't sleep either. And I think you know why."
"Yeah. Do you want to meet me today in Starbucks coffee shop on Alex's road at 09:00?"
"Sure. Wait are you kind of taking me on a really lame date or something?" "Maybe." I could just feel him smiling on the other end.
"I feel really confused now Adam. I know this is crazy but I want to date you too." It's just I really feel bad you know I have a boyfriend and all. But your another boy in my heart."
"I just don't know what to say Hannah. It's confusing, but still meet me."
"Ok. Sure. I'll see you at 09:00 then."
"Bye."
He cut the phone off and I whispered in the speaker.
"I love you Adam."
