It was Bring-Your-Pet-To-School day, And it got me very worried, You see, I didn't HAVE a pet, So when I bought one I was hurried...
When I asked the pet shop, Which pets they had in store, They said they had but one in, There was someone getting more.
I asked to see the one in, An emergency after all, And when I went to view it, Head over heels did I fall!
'It's an "asdfghjkl", you see my girl,' The shopkeeper said to me, 'It's one of a kind and needs an owner, Who'll see to all its needs'
I took the pet, looked long and hard, And decided, 'yes, I'll take him' Of course the "asdfghjkl" needed a name... 'Okay, I'll call you Tim.'
So, Tim and I did trot off home, But little did I know, Bring-Your-Pet-To-School day, Was to be quite the show...
We arrived into the playground, Tim holding my hand, And all the other children, Just didn't understand.
Tim was very special, And walked on two grand legs, Okay, they had a kink in, But the nickname 'Teggy Pegs'?
The other kids were mean to Tim, Who got rather upset, He turned a violent shade of pink, I did not know he'd get.
After that things get quite blurry, But I think he began with boys: He began to chase then eat them whole, You should've heard the noise...
Then he turned to girlies, His teeth began to gnash, And when he was done with all of them, The corpses looked like a rash.
Of course I got expelled for that, At home, I was less than adored, But at least by default, Tim and I, We won the Pet-Award.
