IT'S ME AGAIN. YOUR RESIDENT RAMBLER. THIS TOPIC? THE FUTURE.
1) Fact: I am terrified of the future. It's weird to think that every single decision I take now affects my future.
2) Many of you may know - or have gathered - that I travel a lot. In the future, I can see myself living in Australia - I've been there twice. And. I. Love. It.
3) My perfect job would be reading books for a living.
4) Everyone says I'd make a brilliant mother, but I'm not sure I want children...
5) In a little vote we had, my friends simultaneously voted me the first to get married! Yeah right. There's a reason I'm dubbed as 'The Rejection Machine'.
6) I want pets. Lots of pets. Even if it means I'll become a cat lady.
7) I'm going on holiday this year for my birthday - BECAUSE IT'S A SPECIAL BIRTHDAY - and I haven't decided where I want to go yet. Maybe back to Spain.
8) I can see myself with dark brown hair. Yep. Drastic change from the blonde I have now.
9) I'm afraid of growing too old to be able to be a young wild person.
10) I hope to make my family proud.
11) I want a man who will love me for who I am. CUE THE MUSHY MUSIC. AND THE CLICHÉ JOKES.
12) I'm lucky. I'm not going to pretend I'm not. I have already done things that are on people's bucket lists: hot air balloons, the Barrier Reef, TWICE... But one day I hope to do my own list. Of mundane things.
13) Maybe, just maybe, in the future, I'll learn how to apply makeup. I'm not very good at being a girl.
14) Another thing: I want to make a difference. Everyone does. Me included.
