I've lived life to its fullest, I'm not afraid to die, And when my time approaches, I know I will not cry.
I'll greet Death as an old friend, We'll link hands and we'll go, We'll pay the undead ferryman, And sit back for him to row.
For Death has let me live a while, He came when I was done, I've lived my life, I've loved it, I've had my dose of fun.
So Death and I will meet, then, In silent company, Yet I won't mind: I've LIVED my life, And Death has come for me.
