It's not just a place,
Not a language or 'type',
It sure isn't temporary,
And worth all the hype.
It's not just a phase, Mom,
Not preppy or 'in',
It's the sort of society
That's there thick or thin.
It's not just a new land,
It's in every crook,
It seeps into pores and it's
In every nook.
It's not just a pass-time,
A hobby, a sport,
It's oh-so much more,
In fact, it's - in short -
Opuss is special,
Wit's as sharp as a knife,
A roil of emotions and
It's my way of life.
