Sorry it's been a long time coming... For those of you who weren't around last year, The Opuss Files are a series of interviews I have performed with various writers of Opuss. I interviewed Beth today, known mostly around these parts as @BethyBoo! Without further ado:
1) How did you come across Opuss?
A) I was bored one day and when I get bored I look on the app store to see if there's anything interesting and I think it was the app of the day!
2) And now look where you are! Okay, so if you could only say one word for a whole day, what would it be?
A) Ooh, that's a tricky one ... I think it would have to be kaleidoscope
3) Wow. That would be... Infuriating for people who wanted a yes/no answer! What do you think is the most important part of Opuss?
A) Haha yeah, would also be very funny! The community, how kind everyone is, I just think without all the kind words and the support then it wouldn't be as special.
4) Opuss is a pretty special place...! What's your favourite challenge on Opuss?
A) Yeah. I'd have to say the acrostic challenge.
5) Cool. Who's your favourite band/music artist at the moment?
A) It's Fun at the moment, just can't stop listening to them!
6) I love Fun! Hmm. What has been one of your favourite posts on Opuss?
A) Yeah, they're great! It'd have to be @sammielee46 's piece Grandads... I loved it so much
7) That's sweet! I loved that one, too. Do you own any pets? If not, what would you own if you could?
A) I have 2 dogs, 2 dwarf hamsters and 5 fish.
8) That's a lot...! Do you base a lot of your work on your personal experiences?
A) Yeah, I want more too, haha! Yeah, most of it, but then a lot is on things I hear or see.
9) Oh, cool! What three things would your day not be complete without?
A) Music, a wake up call from woody (one of my dogs) and Opuss haha!
10) I can dig the 'Opuss' one! And finally, if you could give one message to a reader who is just starting out now, what would it be?
A) Um ... Good luck, enjoy, and be yourself... oh and welcome!
