This is Sam! Also known cheekily as 'the girl with the eye as the profile pic' and '@sammielee46'!

Q: How did you come across Opuss?

A: Well I've always had a passion for writing, and absolutely love reading, so I was on the App Store checking out what's hot and there it was!! Perfect!!

Q: Okay, cool. So, who is the most influential person in your life?

A: Hmm that's a tough one, but I think I'd have to say my grandad, he's like a dad to me!! He influences me every single day!! In a good way that is. He's inspiring and I admire his spirit and his zest for life after everything he's been through and is still going through!! He's just amazing!!

Q: He sounds like a wonderful person... Why the eye for your profile picture?!

A: He certainly is.... Well I have a bit of a fascination with eyes, the windows to your soul, you can tell a lot by looking into someone's eyes!! Passion, love, anger, hurt, even when their face says something different their eyes deceive them!!

Q: Not at all! I love looking at people's eyes, not creepy or anything... What do you love most about Opuss and its community?

A:What don't I love?? I get to share my passion with like minded people who are non judgemental and so so supportive, I also get to read other people's work that inspires me too!! Everyone is like a family I just love it!

Q: Oh, I think everyone agrees on that front! What's your favourite pass-time and how did you discover it?

A: Hmm... I have quite a few, but my favourite other than writing would be playing on the Xbox!! I know I'm a girly geek!! But I don't care. I took over from a friend whilst she was going to the loo and found myself a week later buying my own Xbox. Now I love kicking guys butts on assassins creed!!

Q: Ooh! I'm more of a PS3 girl myself... Okay, what is your hot drink of choice?

A: Ooh really?! Used to have a ps3 but it broke......... That's an easy peasey one!! Tea with milk and two sugars cause I'm just not sweet enough haha!!

Q: Girl, I have such a sweet tooth it's unbelievable! What is your favourite Opuss challenge to date?

A: Best way to be honey. Erm I'm really liking the #10wordchallenge it's challenging to get the 10 words of choice into a poem or story!! And I love how many interpretations can come from those words!! Just awesomeness!

Q: I haven't tried that one yet, I have to admit! Are there any Christmas traditions that you look forward to every single year?

A: Ooh give it a go!! Hmm it would be the night before hyping up the kids before they go to bed about Santa, while they're in bed putting all the presents under the tree, putting talc on the floor and a boot print (yes it's so bloody messy but so worth it) and watching my kids faces as they open their presents!! Then spending the day with them, my mum, grandad and brother... Spending time with families just great!!

Q: I love the hype! I'm such a kid at Christmas... Do you plan ahead your opusses or is it very much a spur of the moment thing?

A: Me too!! Love it!! Usually it's a spur of the moment thing, the only ones I have tended to plan ahead on are the more biography type ones, they take a bit of planning, otherwise nope I pretty much grab my phone or ipad open up opuss and put down whatever's in my head!!

Q:Yeah, it's the same with me for the most part! Okay, final question before I get out of your hair! If you were to write your life down as a novel, what would its title be?

A: God that's tough.. Like insanely tough. Erm.... Dealing disasters with smiles....or something like that. I haven't had an easy life so far but have always managed to find a smile somewhere! I know it's crap but that's off the top of my small brain!! Haha!!

Q: Okay, that's it! Thanks Sam!
