My temples rest against the toned warmth of your chest, the beat of your heart pulsing below, a relaxing metronome, to synchronise my own melody. A raise of my head and I take in the tanned overwhelming beauty of your face; your deep eyes smiling down at me, your mouth turned upwards in an overjoyed smile. The care and wonder you gaze down at me with is soul affirming, love affirming, life affirming. As your tanned fingers trace my body, my miniature copies caress each and every line of your face, each contour, memorising a map I already know by heart.
