- Alex Russell -> a guy which you can say the perfect guy on earth. Quite popular. But because of his cold attitude, nobody dares to go close or near him. Has a soft spot on Sara.
- Sara Halls(or soon to be Sera Heels) -> a very social cheerful and positive thinking girl. Quite clumsy. She's scary when she gets annoyed or mad but has a soft spot on little kids and animals.
-Lily Coles -> Sara's best friend. The popular girl of the school. Dislikes people who isn't a somebody except for Sara. Even though she's quite snobbish, she actually has a kind hearted attitude deep inside. She's in love with Alex. Has a soft spot on fishes.

Mostly it's about Sara Halls or soon to be Sera Heels. She lost her personality and identity after the 'big hit' of saving her best friend(which changed her to Sera Heels). She had to went through a complicated operation and had to stay in the hospital for six months. She was saved by a rich ,famous singer. In return she have to be a spy which the singer's company secretly and unknown. She had to forget everything about the past especially her crush, Alex. She went to her same school but as a different person. A long blonde hair girl with a British accent speaking. Lily still suffers from the pain after Sara saved her. Sera couldn't bear to see her hurt so she told Lily the truth and that no one should know about it. Things get more and more complicated as Alex starts noticing about the 'New' Sara and gets more curious about it. He had a feeling that both of them had a connection(Sara and Sera). Moreover, Sera had more problems to done for as she remembers her job. And Sera as a spy, she'd never did that before. It's all new to her. Somehow as a spy she managed to find out about the past. The reason about the death of her parents.....
