There's one thing that worries me It's been in my thoughts a while Opuss is a beautiful place But what of these writers that don't write
They take the time to set up an account But they never load a picture They like our stories and poems too But their accounts display no scriptures
They trawl the feeds Liking free but hardly ever a comment I think of the uses this app has to someone wishing to be published
I think about the musicians and the literacy artists too To find a nugget of someone's soul so that they can in turn abuse Think of all the adverts the magazines and writers Do they join up Opuss just to steal the words of a writer
Every Opuss is copyrighted by posting it on our feeds There's even a video on YouTube that shows the Opuss three
They go onto explain that our words will be printed in books Those books they sell to fund this well of beautiful knowledge and hooks
That is not what worries me In fact I like the idea It's the users who like away with no scripture that brings me fear
I saw an advert on telly and the words they have used Very similar to and Opuss of mine and the words I once did choose
Are we the easy option Do they pay to use our words One day I hope to use my own and lay them down in verse
Every Opuss I email to myself Save a copy on my phone Every Opuss I've ever written I have in an unopened envelope at home
Will this be enough Will this protect my words I just hope deep down inside Opuss puts us writers first
