after a not so early night of around 4am I woke up at 8.30. Had a shower and left for the bus by 9.20. No breakfast. No buses either. Called a cab and got to work. Took a while fixing hair up and clocked in 9.56. On break I had a can of coke and an aero. Home now. 4.28pm. About to eat quorn curry and rice. So far 0/5 a day.
