•60g of butter •200g of cheddar cheese •125g of plain flour •15ml of water

Put the flour and butter in a bowl. Rub it into sort of crumbs with your fingers. Grate the cheese and put it in the bowl. Add afew drops of water to help it the mixture stick so it forms a ball. Roll out and cut into thin strips. Cook on a greased baking tray at 200 degrees Celsius (less for fan oven) for 10-15 minutes.
