Have you ever thought to sitting down with a nice cup of tea with and reflecting upon yourself? What have I done to make someones day? What could I have done to help that person? Every action we do is based upon a decision, and every decision has a consequence, so we must remember what comes after our actions, so regret does not follow. What shall you do next?
