I used to love this little app But now I'm not so sure Because I don't think all this hatred Can really be a cure
Let's get back to doing What we did before Weaving together stories Of love, adventure and more
I understand your grievances Against the one who cheated But the judge has ruled his ranking down So now please all be seated
I won't get likes for this But in honesty I will not lie I want the old community back The one who dared to fly
I'm not one for all these attacks I'm not really up for hating I don't understand why it went on It's only a daft rating
I don't need someone to make A fuss of what I post What matters is I get to do What as a writer, I love most
Some of you I'm sure Might even like to agree That what you would like to do Is get back to being free
I know out there on Opuss There's people who really care About their work and how it affects The wider world out there
So please put down your pitchforks And please pick up your pens Try to get past the viciousness And try to make amends
I hope this messy business Can soon draw to a close Because I just want us back again And I hope it really shows.
