My heart is like a lump of ice Throbbing in my chest Cold enough to freeze my thoughts Numb to all, I'm blessed
You can grasp it in your hands But needles of cold will attack Painfully pushing into your hands Making you put it back
My heart is not to be messed with It's an icy danger zone I'm destined to meet my man Until then, I'm better alone
Swirls of snow settle on it Intermingling and unique Refracting crystals glisten brightly Shrouded in mystique
A monument to my frozen heart Is locked within my smile Laced within my hollow grin My tears are crocodile
I'm harsh and truly indifferent To you suffering humiliation Of being rejected by an ice queen An unfeeling sensation
I feel a desperate tingling But soon that spark will go Extinguished alongside my love The arctic winds do blow
Walls of winter shield my mind From the kiss of your lips Your passionate determination Your hands upon my hips
You press your body against mine Even though I am so cold I've never experienced this at all Never had someone who'll hold
They've always ran, scared of me The terrifying Ice Hearted Queen But doggedly you cling to me A bridge across the ravine
