Liam stumbled drunkenly out of the tavern."Aye, we'll be back with our debt!" He shouted to the man that threw him and his friend out."C'mon lad. We can steal some of my father's silver. He eats with his hands. He won't notice!"

"The pig!" His drunken buddy exclaimed, holding Liam's shoulder for support.

"C'mon lad, let's get you home so you can rest-" Liam's friend passed out on the hard stone pavement."Or just rest there." He stumbled drunkenly over his drunken companion. Before he could get far, he noticed a noblewoman walk into a dark alleyway.

Liam followed, tripping over his feet slightly."I have to ask ye. What's a woman of your status doin' in a place so dark and dank-" Liam's Irish brogue got cut off as he heard a woman muttering in Greek and wiping down her white dress.

"Αυτό είναι απλά υπέροχο! Απλά υπέροχο! Μια στιγμή είμαι μοιράζονται ένα γέλιο με μεγαλύτεροι αδελφοί μου, η επόμενη, είμαι στο θνητό κόσμο!(A/N: Translation: This is just great! Just great! One moment I'm sharing a laugh with my elder brothers, the next, I'm in the mortal world!)" The feminine voice was laced with anger and resentment.

The blonde Liam had previously been stalking, smirked and turned around, her vampire face intact. Anger shone in her eyes as she watched a very drunken Liam stumble out of the alley, and into the park across from the tavern. She growled as she caught sight of another woman.'Another night,' Darla thought as she stomped back to her current residence.

"Aye, are ye okay lass?" Liam put his hand upon the blondes shoulder, and she turned and glowered at the much, much, taller man.

"What do you want, mortal?" She crossed her arms, and stared defiantly at the large man in front of her. Her hair was in a mess around her head, a white dress hung loosely around her tanned body, and was being blown slightly from the wind. It covered everything toes to collar-bone, excep her arms and face, of course. She had a cape-like shrug pulled over her shoulders-it was obviously apart of the dress.

Upon her head, lay a crown made of gold leaves, and it was knotted into her hair.

Liam gasped as realization hit him."Ye-yer-yer her!" He sputtered. Suddenly, he didn't feel so drunk.

"Oh come on!" She exaggerated her accent coming through thickly. She threw her hands onto her waist and glared at him."You're not even Greek! You don't believe in my family! You are Irish! Irishmen are Catholic! At least, that's what my mother always told me." She muttered.

"H-How? Yer a myth!" Liam sputtered, once again.

This time, Buffy looked at him with discern."Poor boy. Other Greek mortals putting lies into that pretty little head of yours." Discern turned into anger,"Those damn idiots! First they think I'm shy and timid! Lie! I am not shy nor timid! Second, they say I married off and became a common street whore! Sleeping around! Lie! I am single and last time I checked, I was a virgin!"

Liam cocked his eyebrow and couldn't help the chuckle that escaped his lips. Buffy's eyes widened as she realized what she said.

With a violet blush creeping across her face, she quickly corrected,"T-that didn't come out the way I thought it would! I meant I am certainly a virgin!"

"Do you have anywhere to stay, lass?" Liam questioned, excitement filling him to the core.

"You are not getting any, if that's what you think, mister!" She spoke offended.

"I'll take that as a no. C'mon lass!" She allowed herself to be taken away by the tall dark and handsome mortal.
