The Young Man.
Years apart,
And their life's span.
The Old Man has white hair
The Young has brown
The Old acting finely
The Young acting like a clown.
The Old was forgiving
The Young was stern
Vacation trips
As the Old will return.
The Old is dead
The Young is now Old.
The new young clownish
The Old will scold.
Reminders of your youth
How naughty you were
The Young's sight is clear,
Yours is blur.
Your heart slowly beating
As the Young was fast
The Old was small,
The Young was vast.
The Old has died,
The Young was old
The new young is clowny,
Life has been foretold.
