I slowly get out of the bath and start to dry off my wet soaking hair. It's late at night and darkness and danger lingers in the cold night's air.

I call 'him' up, my safe guard, my love and my only trusted protection. Massive long ears and brown eyes of love, built for alert detection.

He wanders in my room and as I slide into my bed, I feel him lay on my feet. The safest of feelings that even a body guard could not ever beat.

For if you enter our house late at night with theft your intention. I have a surprise for you, I think that I should probably start to mention.

As I shut my eyes and lay my head on my pillow and start to fall asleep. A German Shepherd in my home and on my bed is what I will keep.

So if he finds you to be in the wrong place or trying to get inside. You'll find that an ambulance then police car will be your next ride.
