A gift;
It cost nothing
But time
And love,
Yet more
Beautiful and
Valuable than
Anything
I own.
I never knew
I needed it
So much
Until I
Received it
In abundance.
The gift was
Self-belief,
Self-esteem,
Self-worth.
He taught me
With his
Words,
Eyes,
Heart,
That I can
Do anything
If I try,
I can be
Stronger
Than I ever
Thought
Possible.
But more
Than that,
He helped me
Remember
