Over oceans I will travel, Over mountains I will climb, Through caves and deepest jungle, Through furthest space and time.
I'll walk till my feet are blistered, Swim till my arms are sore, Run, jump, climb and hitchhike, Until I can take no more.
Somehow I will find you, Though I have not boat or plane, No map, sextant or compass, But I will reach you just the same.
Thousands of miles between us, In a distant land you wait, But do not fear my darling, For I swear I shan't be late.
This I'd do, and even more, Just to turn up at your door.
