Yay! It was great to get your email today - you're alive! I thought random electricity problems might have been causing issues with using your laptop etc. But yeah, it was awesome to hear from you, even if it was a short update.
So you haven't actually done any work then? What have you been up to, apart from getting drunk and riding motorbikes. Which, by the way, is very hot and cool. But dangerous! I feel I should give you a mild telling off for it. Please be careful, I've seen the roads in places like that and I've gotta say, you don't seem like you'd be the most...aware driver. Just try not to die, ok? I'd like you to come back in one piece.
I'm alright thanks, just moping around really, writing a lot and reading a lot too. I miss our hanging out already - how am I going to survive eight months when one week seems like forever. I need a job, that'll help. I've started re-writing my supporting statement for my application and tomorrow I'm going to try and arrange visits to them. I haven't been to my mum's yet - I will once I've got a job sorted, as I won't start until at least after October half term, but most likely December or January. It'll bs my treat for getting a real job (yeah some of us have to get real jobs!).
Have you seen "Game of Thrones"? You need to watch it, it's like Lord of the Rings but with lots of people having sex. It's a middle-earth orgy. Seriously, it's pretty good. If you get any reliable Internet/electricity, you should watch it. I'm going to watch it now, at the risk of getting horny for people in armour.
I hope to hear from you again soon via email, with more details and maybe an address so I can actually send these letters to you. They are starting to pile up. I'm going to look like a nutter when a big pile of them turns up!
