This wasn't my master plan,

long-term ulterior motive,

Or selfish agenda.

I simply, genuinely like you,

I love everything about you,

And all I want,

Is to be some part of your wild,

Uncompromising life,

To mean something to you.

I hope I do.

And no matter what,

Whatever happens,

(or doesn't happen)
