A small fluffy grey and white ball,
The day I bought you home,
New cage and all,
I'd only gone to buy
Hamster food,
But when you caught my eye;
Cute, curious,
Nose twitching, two floppy velvet ears,
I couldn't resist you,
My beautiful
Bunny.
You live in my lounge,
Though I'm sure you think
I live in your house!
Especially when you get
On the sofa and give me a gentle nip,
To move me out of your way,
Or when you race around the room,
Demanding that I play,
But it's ok;
You give me so much joy,
My not-so-small anymore,
Fluffy grey and white
Ball.
