This life (addunya) is a sample of the hereafter (akhira) an as human nature we seek for perfection so we will never be satisfied with the sample and remember ,that nothing last long in this life and the lesson that we will learn over and over again until we give up the love of running after life -addunya is that whenever we attached ,feel comfortable , be stable and get used to temporary things they will be taken from us (like health, status, love,money, power,etc....), that's because the real attachment and love should be for our Almighty creator .
The formula of detachments from temporary things in life is that you do not feedback yourself with non lasting issues ,keep remembrance of Allah all the time (dhikr, hint when you remember someone all the time you will love him)and everything you do is made under the purpose of pleasing Him.
