This is just a basic cake recipe, once you know this you can adapt in any way you want. Ingredients: 100g sugar 100g flour 100g butter 2 eggs
Method: 1. Cream the sugar and butter together until light and fluffy.
2. sift the flour in and beat in the eggs.
3. Spoon the mixture into paper cases. Put in a 180 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
