I squeezed my eyes tight and held my fist out in front of me. Running the small coin through my fingers, I tried to remember everything my big sister, Eve, had told me about wishes...
"they are the most magical thing ever,"she spoke softly in my memory " you can wish for anything you want and it will come true.and all you need to do is drop a coin into a fountain and tell no-one." "Really? Are you sure they come true?" I said, a bit confused.
"Of course!" Eve exclaimed "you just have to be patient!"
A tear rolled down my cheek.it had been so long since I had allowed myself to think of her...
