As the pair stride through the heavy rain the towering headstocks casts a ghostly shadow across the village the sound of the rain causing a thunder like sound that bellows across the village. "All we need to do is do this and we will be okay. I promise you" Luke reassures Lilly. "I hope so I really hope that it works if it doesn't I don't know what will do" Lilly quietly says. "I've heard what happens to the people that don't do it apparently they get their legs and arm strapped down by pick axes. And then one by one the creature rips one tooth at a time and makes them eat them". "Luke stop it I don't want to think about that. Let's just get this done". The pair head towards the entrance of the abandon mine. They find the thick mud exhausting to stride through and the heavy rain doesn't make it any easier for the two. The sound of the wind caresses through the metal structure of the headstocks. The two teenagers vanish into the darkness of the gloomy mine .
