Thoughts containing you and me, Were cast aside and were not sought, Afraid of them and what they'd bring, A tortured mind, decay and rot.
I blocked the feelings in my heart, Far and distant from my mind, Numb and blind to pain - I am, All emotions left behind.
Razored truths and jagged love, Bottled up and sent to sea, Drowned and lost amidst the waves, A hollow distant part of me.
Forgive me as I turn a cheek, Forget me as I hide my eyes, Hate me as I walk away, And ignore your lonely cries.
