A cloudy day of saddened eyes, Melancholic smiles in guise, A single bed of shining white, Surrounded by a loving light, Of family and friends so dear, While my coming death draws near, Amidst a room of plastered walls, Hailing the distant Reaper's calls.

My breath grows shallow, cold and sore, And countless tears begin to pour, Wails and moans of desperate pleas, Please God, please God, save him please, Rescue him from pain and strife, Raise him up and breathe new life, Give this man one final chance, Give his legs one final dance.

A gleaming light of purest white, Trickles down before my sight, God has answered desperate calls, And now I head to honoured halls, Tears of joy begin to drip, And a soul begins to slip, Enveloped within God's embrace, Underneath his healing grace.

A golden light fills my soul, Warm radiance fills me whole, Happiness and euphoric glee, Causes all my fear to flee, Far into the golden clouds, My heart now removed of shrouds, Paradise revealed at last, The final spell of life now cast, To set me free amidst the sky, Dying with a peaceful sigh.
