In search of the perfect rhyming cypher, Alluding to illusions of confusion, For the readers to decipher.
Longing for that spark of a lyrical miracle, Something deep and filled with reason, That goes beyond the typical.
With nothing but a blank canvas at the start, Building upon the blueprints in the mind, To construct works of art from the heart.
And become a giver of quotation, Travelling the planes of literature, For the salvation of imagination.
But these are dreams of folly to cease, Striving for a work of art to crown, Will only riddle your peace.
Sit back, relax, don't wish for a plaque, Write whatever springs to the forefront, Not what's hidden in the back.
The masterpiece you seek will peak, Brimming from the shadows of a mind, Long thought lost of technique.
(comes off more like a rap than poem now that I read over it lol :D)
