My story isn't over, It has only just begun, Time has yet to pass me by, My work is still not done.
My goals remain unachieved, Aspirations unfinished, A fire is now burning, Energy not diminished.
Complete the final blueprint, And lay down the building bricks, A future plans itself out, But the clock slowly ticks.
Dreams of better days run free, Days where I can rest at ease, Of days which give me room to breathe, And days in which time will freeze.
One day I will rest in peace, Looking back on time well spent, Hoping that there's no regrets, And that I'm happy and content.
So until then, I will fight, I will push and I will try, To be the best that I can be, For my spirit will never die.
