The shadow you leave behind, Which touches the pavement, Which I walk upon, at your side, Leaves me in wonder, Like a daze or something more mesmerised,
You leave me somewhat calmed, When you tuck your hand into mine, Flash me a tender smile, And speak words of love in my ear, Words you usually can only read in books,
If I painted a picture of your beauty, I would run out of colours, After the first stroke, My brush would lead itself, over your lines, And soft spots, which I stare at most,
If I were to collect your loveliness, My box would be full in seconds, The lid would not shut, As your goodness and kindness, Would strongly spill out,
If I could sum you up, in a single word, The dictionary would not help me, As there is no word to describe you, Maybe your name is suiting enough, As perfection I have seen, comes in your name.
