Chapter Sixteen.
It was so cosy. I didn't understand how but there was no dust, not a speck it looked like it had been cleaned just moments ago.
The room had a warm yellow glow, it was bright and happy.
The mat on the floor was the same as the one in the lounge, with a strange red and brown pattern. All the chairs were big with lots of cushions on them following the same red brown pattern.
The old desk was the eye catching part. So beautiful. So old. It gave the whole room that classy look.
There was no sense of time in here; no clocks; no windows; no breeze. Minuets felt like seconds and hours felt like days. Time was all jumbled. I wasn't sure if I liked it, it gave me a weird feeling.
There was a fireplace, on the far wall, placed within the stone. There was wood in it ready to light. Scott walked past the comfortable looking sofa and began to light the fire. "What are you doing?" "Lighting a fire what does it look like?" "Why though?" "So it doesn't get cold, I don't know about you but I wanna stay here for a bit, mooch around." "Oh, okay..." A sudden rush ran over my body "Xena. Xena? You alright you don't look well?" "I fell weird, I don't know, just.. Wei..." All I remember was hitting the floor...
