What happens when you get your one shot and then you blow it by chickening out?
I had an audition today, and all because I didn't hit the note I wanted, I may have lost my shot at ever becoming a singer. I honestly don't know what to do. It's my life dream to be a professional singer and I think I've ruined it. I go in all confident, but then I start singing I'm fine and then I get to the chorus. I freeze up and sing it wrong. Now the organization wants me for a modeling or acting job rather than my passion to be a singer. I know I should be grateful that they even want me, but I feel like if I go with them I'm just settling. And I don't want to settle for second best. I don't know what to do. Right now I just wanna give up hope. I feel like I've ruined everything. I just don't know what to do.
Any ideas?
