The Performers Ch.1

Kelly and I were walking into the rehearsal room. What for, our musical practice. We are doing Cry-Baby, Im playing Alyson and Kelly plays Wanda. The boy who plays Cry-baby is Michael Humble. Today is a dress rehearsal! I say. Kelly replies No Miranda today is just vocals! We look in the practice room it's empty. We run to the theater and get into our costumes as quickly as we can. OPENING NIGHT I'm on front center stage, scared in a lilac pastel dress my blonde curls are shining like the sun from the stage lights. My cherry red lips start to move as I sing my solo " Teenage Prayer" while I'm singing this I think of Michael, because he IS the awnser to a teenage prayer, no wonder he got lead boy. As I stop singing I walk off stage knowing that I need to work on that song. We go to the scene were I'm doing my duet with Michael" King Cry-Baby" I walk next to him dancing and singing. After the song is over we're tired. Next the kissing scene. I walk off stage and quickly run on the blanket surrounded by lovely greenery. I feel him sitting next to me we look at each other as the lights come on and the applause dies down to complete silence. I gaze at him as we say our lines. He holds my hand and scoots closer....I'm so blushing right now. He starts to sing I can't wait until the kiss. The last line! Him: Will you? Me: Yes. I lean closer to him and our trembling lips meet and he wraps his arms around me and I put his hands on his shoulders holding around his neck. Then it turns into a make out session. I'm in complete heaven right now. The lights go off and we run off stage, holding hands. We look at each other and we kiss again and run onstage for the next scene. A couple hours into the show its bows. The curtain falls down everyone onstage hugs and cheers. I make my way through the crowd to meet with Michael. He did the same. We kissed again and he picked me up spun me around. I felt like I was in paradise. LAST SHOW after the very end of the show no one was in the building I put on a pink gown there using for the next show, Little Mermaid. I'm auditioning for Ariel. I walked onstage and started to dance. I close my eyes for a second dreaming if I played Ariel and Michael gets prince Eric! I opened them and turned around and Michael walked to me and started dancing with me. I felt like a princess!
