So tonight sees AstonVilla take on Bolton at Villa Park. This will be a make or break match for both sides and both need a win.
First off Villa have certainly had a slow drab season. 7 wins, 15 draws and 12 defeats shows why they linger just above relegation. Tonight McCleish will field a young side mixed with old. James Collins and Agbonlahor are out injured and Heskey has been drafted in to partner Weinmann up front. Villa will need a win to cement there place in the premier league next season. A draw will not be good enough for fans who are tired of Mcleish and his management style. If Bolton win then they will be 3 points behind Villa with a game in hand.
As for Bolton, they to are suffering from injuries. Coyle will have to draft in some young players to plug the gap left in midfield. Bolton like Villa have a lot to lose, premier league football will mean less revenue and selling off some of Bolton's best players.
Both clubs then have a lot at stake, the pride of both clubs will be tested and neither side wants to play championship football next season. This however is just as exciting as the battle at the top of the league , but this match will see one side or both buried yet further into a relation fight.
