Those who are overweight, should avoid EVERYTHING marketed as 'light' or 'sugar free'

We were made to Excercise, not sit and do nothing.

If you can't pronounce the added chemicals in your meal, or know their chemical composition, your body won't either.

You DON'T need pudding, really!

Don't believe the 'new' concept that you are required to snack between meals, think who is telling you to do it!!!
