It will be MEN who will get this piece of off-the-wall advice, and story..
I cut my finger removing the lock off my Motorbike, and being the 'man' I am, I pulled the skin off, and carried on regardless, even cleaning the bike, and totally immersing myself in the task, forgot about it. (water was washing the blood away anyway) And after, back home, sometime later, I stood doing a wee, I gave the customary shakes, I glanced at the toilet bowl, now splattered with bright red arterial blood. Now, the first thought, was of absolute shock, that I was bleeding out of 'bob'. Now panic sets in, and I try to look closer at 'bob' still not not realising that the blood was still running down my finger, and started frantically wiping up the blood in the bowl. Then it dawns on me, and I realise my mistake..
My, how I laughed...
So, today's lesson? Man or not, blood is blood, but it's always a good idea to pay attention where it comes from...
