My mom had always said to me "It's you that's my best friend. When I need to laugh or cry, on you I can depend"
My mom had always taught me to show love and show respect. Cause life is about what you give and not what you can get.
My mom had always showed me there's a bond that can't be bought. It's trust, loyalty, strength and courage, it's something that is taught.
This bond between a mother and daughter has more power than you know. It can help you through a difficult time and ease the pain of a horrible blow.
Dominique, you are the closest, that I have to calling my own. I know you paid attention, I can see it in how you've grown.
I hope you pass on to your daughter the many lessons life has to teach. And let her know the world is her's far beyond her reach.
And when your baby's all grown up, she'll look at you and say, "Thank you for selflessly taking the time, and showing me the way"!
