Chapter Eight

He drops me on the couch and then sits on my stomach. He makes a funny face and I laugh but it's hard because he's on my stomach. "Tell me where we're going?!" "we are going to. " "The beach!" Harry yells. "I was going to say that!" yells Louis pushing Harry. He jumps off me but pulls me onto the ground. Liam drags me by my feet to the door. "Change!" they yell. "Okay!" I change into my bathing suit with a tank over and my shorts over. I put my hair in two braids and grab my flip flops. I come out and see all the boys are ready. We get in the car and head down to the beach. "Do you know how to surf?" asks Liam. "I do." "but you can't swim?" Niall questions. "I can now!" Liam hands me a board and I drag it to the water. I put on a wet suit and go in the water with Liam and Niall. I lay on my board and wait for a wave. Me and Louis face each other and talk. A wave comes and we break apart. We swim out to it then turn around. I get up and start surfing. I'm doing good until Louis distracts me by falling. I turn and lose my balance and fall into the wave. I spin in the wave for a little then finally get out. I get back on my board and swim back out to Louis and Liam. I watch them a little before I try again. I go in a wave tunnel and let my hand run against the water. I come out and flip on the top. The wave ends and I swim back into shore. I lay my board down and sit down on the towel next to Niall. "You are amazing." "Thanks." I lean in and kiss him. He rubs his thumbs against my cheeks as I put my palms on his cheeks and cover his ears. We both come up for air and face each other our foreheads against the others. "Annie come back out!" Louis yells to me breaking Niall and me apart. "sorry." I grab my board and head back out meeting Louis and Liam sitting on their boards. "How are you so good?" "I came here every summer for the past five years with my best friend. We surfed every day." "is that why your so good?" Liam asks joining the conversation. "it is." "Niall get a pic of her surfing and tweet it our something!" Louis yells to shore. I turn and see a huge wave coming. "bye!" I say turning and laying down to paddle out to the wave. I turn and the wave takes me. I stand up and do the same thing I did last time. I added a few more turns and flips then came back to the Liam and Louis. "What about food?" I ask as we swim back to shore to meet Zayn, Harry, and Niall eating. I take my wet suit off and sit next to Niall. We eat sandwiches. "we better get back and get ready for the red carpet and awards." Zayn says. We clean up and het back into the car. We were there all day. We go back home and I run into the shower before the boys could. I then come out and get into my dress. I blow dry my hair in the kitchen so the boys could use the bathrooms. I curl my hair and pin my bangs back. I put my ring and necklace on that I got from Forever 21. I grab my shoes and put them on. Niall comes up behind me and puts his hands on my hips and rests his head on my shoulder. He kisses my cheek. "Your beautiful." he whispers into my ear. I smile and turn around to face him. "And you look good too." he has his hair quiffed like the other boys except Harry of course. "Are you guys ready?" Louis asks walking out of the bathroom. "yes." we head down to the lobby and get in the limo. We drive to the staples center and get out. The boys introduce me to a bunch of singers like, Taylor Swift, Rhianna, Nikki Minaj, Katy Perry, and Miley Cyrus. This is like a dream. I get a bunch of compliments on my outfit and hair. We walk down the carpet and meet fans and talk to reporters. Me, Danielle, and Eleanor take our seats while the boys keep walking. They come in and sit in front of us. They won The Most Share-Worthy Video. We watch the awards. They also when Best Pop Video and Best New Artist. Me and the girls are so happy for them. They perform One Thing. At the end of the night I hug the boys. Niall picks me up and kisses me. This is the best night ever for me and the boys. When they received best new artist they broke their award. Niall hands me one of the moonman. "It's yours." "I can't take it." "your the reason I keep singing. It's why were here." he kisses my forehead. "Annie take it. You earned it." Harry says putting his around me. "Thanks." I say giving his cheek a kiss. We take pictures with some people and head out to grab something to eat. Eleanor and Danielle go home so it's just me and the boys. We go to this place and the boys order drinks for themselves. I'm not allowed to drink yet so I get to drive home. Yay! We eat and the boys order a few more drinks then we leave. I drive home slowly because apparently I'm not a good driver. When we get to the room I help the boys get to bed. When I'm helping Niall to bed I take his dirty shirt off but he stops me. "No! I have a girlfriend." he yells pulling his shirt back down. I decide to let him sleep in his dirty clothes and head off to bed myself. Tomorrow we leave to Arizona to go to Tylor's party. I can't stop thinking about what Niall said. I fall asleep with a smile on my face.
