250g of bread flour 15g fat (marg/butter) I packet of yeast 1/2 teaspoon of salt 50g sugar Chocolate chips - recommended 80-90g Marshmallows - recommended 20-30g 150ml of warm water

1. Put the oven to 200 degrees or gas Mark 6 2. Put the flour and fat in a bowl. Rub the fat into flour until there are no lumps. 3. Add the chocolate, yeast, salt, sugar and marshmallows. Then give it a quick stir. 4. Add the water and stir with a round bladed knife until dough is formed. (add more water when necessary) 5. Place dough on a clean surface and knead for about 10 minutes. If the dough is too sticky place some flour on the surface. 6. Cut and shape dough the way you want. 7. Put the dough on a baking tray, cover with foil and place into the GRILL, NOT THE OVEN for 15 minutes. 8. Take out dough, take off foil and place into the OVEN for about 10 minutes. 9. If the dough if cooked it should make a hollow sound when tapped at the bottom and have a nice touch. Do not judge it on it colour
